These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any products, content, memberships, or services provided by Whole Warrior LLC doing business as Frontline Frameworks (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) based in the State of Colorado. By accessing or using any of our services or materials, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Eligibility & Scope

You must be at least 18 years old to access our content or become a member. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  1. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

Frontline Frameworks provides wellness education, peer-based tools, and self-guided resources. We do not offer therapy, medical treatment, clinical diagnoses, or crisis services.

Always consult with a licensed professional for your specific mental health, medical, or emergency needs.

  1. Membership Terms

We offer several membership tiers (Individual, Basic, Premium) with different levels of access. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as outlined during sign-up
  • Abide by membership access limitations
  • Not share or distribute protected member content

Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled in advance.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Monthly Memberships: No refunds are issued for partial months, digital downloads, or services already accessed. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your membership until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Annual Memberships: You are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any membership or service with written notice.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (e.g., PDFs, videos, worksheets, training content) are the intellectual property of Whole Warrior LLC unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute materials without written consent
  • Use our branding, logos, or language without permission
  • Resell or license any content, even if modified

Downloadable content is for personal, individual use only.

  1. Story Submissions & Testimonials

By submitting a personal story, testimony, or experience (written, video, or audio), you grant Whole Warrior LLC the right to:

  • Use, modify, or publish the submission for marketing or educational purposes
  • Share it anonymously unless you have given written permission to disclose your identity

You represent that your submission does not violate the privacy or rights of others.

  1. Member Conduct & Community Guidelines

For any private member portals, forums, comment threads, or discussion features:

Members must:

  • Respect others’ confidentiality
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or triggering content
  • Not post political, religious, or polarizing content unrelated to mental health or wellness

We reserve the right to remove comments or terminate access for conduct violations without refund.

  1. Use of AI & Automation Tools

Some tools on our platform may be enhanced with artificial intelligence or automation, including:

  • Chat support
  • Quiz feedback
  • Resource matching

These tools are intended for informational use only and do not substitute professional care or clinical advice.

  1. Accessibility

All transactions are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Kajabi). We do not store your credit card information directly.

You agree to use all content at your own risk and discretion.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado.
